BRONZE COVERAGE:

ENGINE: Engine block, cylinder heads and all internally lubricated parts including crankshaft, crankshaft bearings, pistons, rings, connecting rods, rod bearings, camshaft, camshaft bearings, push rods, rocker arms, rocker arm shafts, hydraulic lifters, intake & exhaust valves, valve springs, harmonic balancer, oil pump; timing chain or belt, timing gears, timing chain & gear cover. Intake & exhaust manifolds; engine mounts; turbo/supercharger (surcharge applies); oil pan; valve cover(s).

TRANSMISSION: Transmission case, and all internally lubricated parts; torque convertor, vacuum modulator, transmission mounts, covers & pans.

TRANSAXLE: Transaxle housing and all internally lubricated parts; torque convertor ; drive axle shafts; CV joints; front hub & bearings assembly.

DRIVE AXLE ASSEMBLY: Drive axle housing and all internally lubricated parts; differential case; drive shaft; axle shafts; universal joints; constant velocity joints. 4WD/AWD (surcharge applies) includes transfer case and all internally lubricated parts.

COOLING SYSTEM: Water pump

ELECTRICAL: Alternator and starter motor.

FLUIDS: We will pay for required fluids in conjunction with a covered repair.

SEALS & GASKETS: Seals & gaskets are covered only in conjunction with a repair of the above named components.

SILVER COVERAGE:

Silver Coverage (includes Bronze plus the following)

BRAKES: Master cylinder; wheel cylinders; vacuum booster; disc calipers; metal lines and fittings; ABS Components: ABS master cylinder; wheel speed sensors/exciters; proportioning valve; accumulator; high pressure pump; isolated dump valve.

SUSPENSION: Upper & lower ball joints; upper & lower control arms, control arm shafts; kingpins; steering knuckle; radius arm; stabilizer bars, linkage & bushings; struts, strut bearing plates; spindles; wheel bearings.

STEERING: Steering gear box, housing and all internally lubricated parts; rack & pinion assembly; power steering pump; control valve; pitman arm; idler arm; drag link.

COOLING SYSTEM: Radiator; cooling fan motor; fan & fan clutch.

AIR CONDITIONING: AC compressor, clutch & pulley; condenser; evaporator; accumulator; coil; expansion valve; blower motor, orifice tube; refrigerant.

FUEL SYSTEM: Fuel pump; fuel tank; fuel sending unit; diesel injection pump, fuel injectors; metal fuel lines.

Gold Coverage (includes Bronze & Silver plus the following)

TRANSMISSION: Transmission cooler & lines; filler tube & dipstick.

DRIVE AXLE: Propeller shafts; shaft bearings; hub bearings.

BRAKES: ABS electronic control unit; computer module; brake pedal assembly; parking brake linkage; & parking brake cables.

SUSPENSION: Automatic leveling unit compressor, sensor & limiter valve; torsion bars & bushings; springs.

STEERING: Power steering speed sensor; steering damper; tie rod ends.

COOLING: Heater core; blower motor; coolant recovery retainer; thermostat.

AIR CONDITIONING: Automatic temperature control programmer; high/low pressure cut off switch; receiver/dryer tank.

PLATINUM COVERAGE:

This is our most comprehensive level of mechanical breakdown protection. Coverage is provided for all your vehicle’s mechanical and electrical parts and systems except for those items listed in the “What is not Covered” section of the contract. Ask Your Dealer For Details.

Optional Coverage’s:

ACV (Bronze only): With this option, we will increase the claims benefit for the Bronze coverage to the actual cash value of your vehicle.

SEALS & GASKETS: This option provides coverage for failed seals & gaskets for covered components as a result of normal use of your vehicle. Note: This option is included on Gold and Platinum levels.

WEAR & TEAR: This option provides coverage for mechanical parts and components which are not operating within manufacturer’s specifications even though a failure has not occurred, provided the wear is a result of normal use. Note: This option is included on Gold and Platinum only.

MERIDIAN ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:

RENTAL VEHICLE: We will provide reimbursement of up to $35 per day for a maximum of 5 days for a rental vehicle from a licensed agency in the event a covered repair requires more than 4 hours labor guide time to complete.

24-HOUR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE: All contracts include a roadside assistance program Administered by VAS, which includes towing service, jump starts, tire changes, fluid delivery service, lockout assistance and concierge service. Please refer to the contract for the specifics of the roadside assistance program.

TRIP INTERUPTION: If you experience a breakdown which results in a repair facility keeping your vehicle overnight and you are more than 100 miles from home, we will reimburse you up to $75 per day for up to 3 days (maximum benefit $225) for receipted food and lodging expenses.

TRANSMISSION: Transmission case, pan and all internally lubricated parts (automatic or standard); torque converter; vacuum modulator; transmission mounts

TRANSAXLE: Transaxle housing and all internally lubricated parts; torque convertor ; drive axle shafts; CV joints; front hub & bearings assembly.

DRIVE AXLE ASSEMBLY: Front or rear drive axle housing and all internally lubricated parts; differential case; drive shaft; axle shafts; universal joints; constant velocity joints. 4WD/AWD (surcharge applies) includes all internally lubricated parts within the transfer case.

TURBO/SUPERCHARGER: (Surcharge applies) turbo or supercharger housing and all internally lubricated parts. Only original OEM equipment qualifies for coverage.

SEALS & GASKETS: Head gasket(s) and intake manifold gaskets. Other seals and gaskets are covered only if required in conjunction with a covered repair.

FLUIDS: We will pay for basic fluids required in conjunction with a covered repair.

Optional Coverage’s:

SEALS & GASKETS: This option provides coverage for failed seals & gaskets for parts covered under this contract, provided the failure is a result of normal use of your vehicle. The vehicle must have less than 100,000 miles at time of sale to qualify for the Seals & Gaskets option.

HIGH TECH: This option provides coverage for the following components of your vehicle: Power window regulators; power door lock solenoids; power mirror motors and switches; power antenna motor and mast; power sun/moon roof motor and switches (factory installed only); convertible top motor and switches; cruise control servo and sensor; neutral safety switch; power trunk release; stop lamp switch; headlamp switch; turn signal switch; horn; mass airflow sensor; manifold absolute pressure sensor; oxygen sensors; EGR valve; DPFE valve; heated (side) rear view mirror elements; interior map/courtesy light assembly.

QUICKSILVER ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:

RENTAL REIMBURSEMENT: If your vehicle experiences a breakdown which requires more that 4 hours labor guide time to repair, we will reimburse you $30 per day for a rental vehicle up to a maximum of 4 days (total benefit up to $120). The substitute vehicle must be rented from the selling dealer or a licensed auto rental agency. Please refer to the contract for the specific terms and conditions of the rental benefit.

24-HOUR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE: Your contract includes a 24-hour emergency roadside assistance program Administered by VAS, which includes towing service, jump starts, flat tire changes, fluid delivery service, lockout assistance and concierge service. Please refer to your contract for the terms and conditions of the roadside assistance program.
